In case you are unhappy with your purchased sculpture, you might consider returning your order. Different rules apply according to your order type. It is important that you read this Return Policy before proceeding to a return. I invite you to get in touch with me to ensure that your return will be valid. 

 

1. In case of a non-custom order:

   1. if the sculpture is intact: 

      • you can return your sculpture within 7 days, date of reception. You will have to bear the shipping costs and return it in the original packaging. Papermache sculptures are fragile, ensure it is packed properly to avoid breakage. Damaged sculptures can't be reimbursed. We will be able to return you the cost of the sculpture only if the sculpture gets to us undamaged. The cost of the sculpture will be returned to you within 14 days. Shipping costs are not paid back.

   2. if the sculpture is damaged upon delivery:

      • I use a damage insurance for shipment. Please let me know about the damage as soon as you receive the package and send a picture of the broken good. I will take care of getting the reimbursement for you. Can your sculpture be fixed, you can send me back the sculpture within 7 days for me to fix it. I will ship it back to you within 30 days. 

2. In case of a custom order:

   1. if the sculpture is intact:

      • the sculpture cannot be returned / reimbursed. It is not eligible for returns. 

   2. if the sculpture is damaged upon delivery: 

      • I use a damage insurance for shipment. Please let me know about the damage as soon as you receive the package and send a picture of the broken good. I will take care of getting the reimbursement for you. Can your sculpture be fixed, you can send me back the sculpture within 7 days for me to fix it. I will ship it back to you within 30 days.  

3. ​​Generally any sculptures which:

   • has obvious signs of use;

   • is not in its original conditions not due to our error or shipping company error;

   • has been in our possession for more than 7 days;

     will not be returned.

4. Courses: are not eligible for returns, except if cancelled 14 days before course's start date. 

5. Discounted items: are not eligible for returns, except if damaged during delivery as mentioned above.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 14 days thanks to a bank transfer. Communicate us your bank details for the transfer to be processed quickly.
