4. Financial Terms

In consideration of this authorisation, Mathilde Blum grants the Authorising Party a discount of €50 (fifty euros) on the total amount of the relevant order.

This discount applies exclusively to orders placed under the Ode to My Pet or Dream Animal offers and is referenced on the corresponding quote.

5. Duration and Territory

This authorisation is granted for an indefinite period, covering all worldwide territories, for the channels listed in Article 3.

6. Right of Withdrawal — Your GDPR Rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU Regulation 2016/679), the Authorising Party holds the following rights :

☐  Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")

☐  Right to withdraw this authorisation at any time

To exercise any of these rights, the Authorising Party may send a written request to : contact@mathildeblum.com. Mathilde Blum undertakes to respond to any such request within 30 days.

Withdrawal of this authorisation does not affect the discount already granted, as it was given in exchange for a valid authorisation at the time of its issue. Withdrawal takes effect for future publications only; retrospective removal of publications already shared prior to the withdrawal request cannot be required.

7. Intellectual Property

This authorisation does not constitute a transfer of intellectual property rights. Mathilde Blum remains the author and rights holder of the photographs and works concerned. The Authorising Party may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit said visuals without prior written consent.
